I am an assistant professor at Department of Software Design and Management at Kyungwon University, Korea. Before that, I was an adjunct professor at Hansung University (Korea), a lecturer at Korea University (Korea), a technical advisor at Culture Maker (Korea), the Chief Technical Officer at Ntros (Korea), a technical staff at ICUBE (Korea) and a research assistant at National Center for Supercomputing Applicatioins (Illinois, US). I received a Ph.D under the supervision of Professor Kyuseok Shim in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University in 2010. I received B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University in 1996 and M.S. degree in Cognitive Science from Seoul National University in 1998. My graduate study was supported by Seoul National University, Korean Government Engineering Scholarship, Microsoft Research Asia and National Center for Supercomputing Applications. I have been working in the area of data mining, web mining, cloud computing, stream data and bioinformatics. |
